2011 Laughter Yoga
Laughter is one of the most powerful ways to heal, transform and boost the immune system.
This 5 week course is designed to evoke the essence of collaboration and creative action.
Each session includes
- light stretching
- deep breathing
- exercises to stimulate laughter and a meditation
