New to Yoga?

There is a Yoga that is perfect for you. For your body, for where you are in your life and for what you want to explore. Your teachers will help. All you have to do is walk through the door and be open to the possibility. Please book an appointment with Salimah to discuss your options if you are new to Yoga.

Arrive 15 minutes prior to class for your first session with us. We will show you around the studio and introduce you to your teacher.

Tell us your goals and objectives with your Yoga and Meditation practice so we can help the process.

Bring a water bottle and a mat. if you forget or don’t have one – we can lend you a mat
