This week is our grand finale!  Thank you for being part of this experience, for your honesty and your commitment to the process.  On Tuesday, we will explore Kirtan Kriya for 31 minutes.  Good on You. 

 Week 6 – Mudras

In the Yogic tradition, there are meridians and energy channels that run throughout the body.  A mudra is a hand position that locks and guides this energy flow through the body and to the brain. By curling, crossing, stretching and touching the fingers and hands, we can talk to the body and mind.  It is a simple and effective way to bring about change.  In Kirtan Kriya – the five mudras create a cycle of change. 

To Prepare:

 If you need to make a decision and are not sure which way to turn, sit still and place your hand over your heart.  Within seconds you will receive the answer from your Highest Self.  The next question is – will you listen?  Notice, pay attention and share what you have learned with us in class on Tuesday.
