Love~Sex~Spirit – Week 2 – I Love You

Explore intimacy using Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. This week experiment with the words “I love you”. How often do you say it, hear it? think it? Practice saying out loud in front of a mirror. Whisper it under your breath in traffic. And before you great someone say it silently in your head. What are the results. Come to class and share your experiences.
