Join YogaVision’s Movement and Meditation classes to start or deepen your meditative practice. These classes are taught by Salimah Kassim-Lakha, Yoga Therapist and Studio Director.
Salimah will gently guide you to focus your mind and provides an environment of support and humour to help you awaken your practice.

Classes always start with gentle movement to prepare the body for sitting quietly.
It takes time to find a comfortable seated posture. You are welcome to use the wall, a pillow, block or a chair to sit. All of these props are available for free use at the studio and are encouraged.
Be patient with yourself and commit to 2 classes a week so that you can start to incorporate the practice into your daily life.
