Classes always start with gentle movement to prepare the body for sitting.
It takes time to find a comfortable seated posture. You are welcome to use the wall, a pillow, block or a chair to sit. All of these props are available for free use at the studio and are encouraged.
Be patient with yourself and commit to 2 classes a week so that you can start to incorporate the practice into your daily life.
