Meditation for Prosperity

Sit with a straight spine in an easy cross legged position.  Bend the fore arms and bring the hands parallel with the ground with the palms facing the ground.  begin to strike the sides of index fingers together and then turn the hands up so that the palms are facing up and strike the sides of the pinky fingers together.  Look at the tip of the nose while chanting HAR from the navel.  3-11 minutes.
