Meditation to Balance Head and Heart
May 14, 2010 by admin
Sat Kar Tar means “Doer of Truth.” When you act from your heart and soul, that is, from your true self. This meditation opens your heart.
Sit in easy pose. As you say “SAT“, bring the hands into prayer pose, hands together at the centre of the chest. As you say “KAR“, the arms are extended out in front of you, palms facing forward, hands and fingers pointing straight up, wrists flexed back. As you say “TAAR” the arms are extended out to each side parallel to the floor, hands up, wrists flexed back. Continue repeating the mantra, moving smoothly from one hand position to the next.
