Laughter Yoga

Laughter is one of the most powerful ways to heal, transform and boost the immune system.

This 5 week course is designed to evoke the essence of collaboration and creative action.

Each session includes

  • light stretching
  • deep breathing
  • exercises to stimulate laughter and a meditation

Bring and open mind and an open heart with will follow.
