I was listening to the radio yesterday and the announcer said that it takes 12 minutes to get from the base of the DVP at the Gardiner to the 401. Really? The only time I experience it that way is very early in the morning or very late at night. Not during the day ever.
And our boides are like that too. The nervous system is like our DVP. Traffic appears in the form of habits, judgements, and memories. Each slows down our ability to think and act clearly, to operate from our place of highest consciousness.
A Kundalini Yoga practice deals with the traffic, actually healing the traffic. Angles and postures, timelines, sound currents, all applied in specific ways to grow love. It’s a process.
