While resting in supported postures using various props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, Reiki energy healing will be incorporated to induce a deep release of accumulated tension and stress.
This perfect combination invites profound relaxation, rejuvenation, and holistic healing for an overall sense of peace and well-being.
