Lee Anne has been on a journey of self-discovery and self-healing since taking the Nia White Belt Intensive in 2006. The 7-day intensive was so life-changing, she decided to share the knowledge with others. Lee Anne invites you to open your mind and your heart when dancing in her Nia classes. She promises to deliver a cardio dance class that is filled with form, freedom and fun! Lee Anne is also a yoga and Qi Gong instructor, Healthy Foot Practitioner and Thai Massage Practitioner.
I have been practicing yoga for 5 years now, and that is when my journey to a new bright life began. I am classically trained in Hatha Yoga. My style of teaching incorporates seamless flows providing the class with a diverse range of movements. In my classes you will feel the strength of your body, the relaxation you crave and happiness in accepting yourself in your practice. I believe with practice comes progress and together we can make this happen.
Ummul is a yogi and mom to 3 wonderful and active boys and a former marketing executive. When her children were young, they turned to yoga and mindfulness to help their family through through a personal crisis. Reflecting on the positive changes that they experienced, at an emotional and physical level, she embarked on her mission to share the joy of Yoga with other children and families.
She is a Certified Children’s Yoga teacher, and teaches Yoga to families, parents and children at public and private schools, libraries, parenting centres and at her local studio, YogaVision.
Donna has spent the last five years studying health and nutrition and graduated as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. A kundalini yoga enthusiast Donna completed the 200 hr teacher training at Yoga Vision. Off the mat you will likely find her in the kitchen, travelling the world or in nature.

Leaving her corporate management career in 2005 to teach yoga and pilates full time, was a lifesaving shift and proved dreams become goals and are achievable. In her pursuit to help people free their mind and body, one certification quickly lead to another including; 200RYT, Yoga for Runners, NLP, Life Coaching, Pilates MAT and Yoga Tune Up® Therapy. Her unique flavour of teaching was recognized by Lululemon becoming a Brand Ambassador for their Mississauga location in 2010.
Today her overarching focus is biomechanics. As a yoga teacher anatomy is important but what creates balance in the body is the knowledge of how all the pieces move together and affect each other. Let’s nourish our muscles just as much as we work them to reduce risk of injury and maintain movement and independence well into our twilight years.
I have been a Yoga lover most of my adult life. That love grew as the Universe gifted me with a beautiful family and a fast paced career. The years flew by and I prioritized time between family and work with little time to practice. A year after a right hip replacement with a body visibly plagued by stress, the Universe opened a new door for me. As a Yoga Teacher over age 50 I am excited to bring Yoga to people who want to participate but for various reasons struggle to feel comfortable in a regular yoga Class. Shonna travels internationally with her life partner John William Bauld sharing the teachings of yoga, movement, and the divine practice of bhakti (the yoga of loving devotion) through kirtan, and live music performances.
She was introduced to the teachings of yoga while earning her University degree in Kinesiology & Health Sciences. Therafter, her inquiry of yoga led her to the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health where she completed a teacher training program. Her commitment to the practice propelled her to study Yoga and Vedanta philosophy at The International Sivananda Yoga & Vedanta Centre where she achieved the designation of Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga).
In addition to her expertise in Yoga, Shonna is a highly skilled Registered Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist, Fitness Trainer, and Pilates Teacher. She brings 18 years of experience and dedication as a health and wellness professional.
Drawing from the classical teachings of yoga along with her vast knowledge of exercise and health sciences, she ensures her students heal, transform, and evolve to experience the true bliss that we all are.
