I have been a Yoga lover most of my adult life. That love grew as the Universe gifted me with a beautiful family and a fast paced career. The years flew by and I prioritized time between family and work with little time to practice. A year after a right hip replacement with a body visibly plagued by stress, the Universe opened a new door for me. As a Yoga Teacher over age 50 I am excited to bring Yoga to people who want to participate but for various reasons struggle to feel comfortable in a regular yoga Class. I intend to prove to the world that ANYONE can comfortably enjoy Yoga. Join me for Chair Yoga.
