It takes a certain amount of time to reach a desired affect. Wouldn’t you agree? Yoga says to start slowly with commitment. Pick a Meditation or a Kriya, or both. Decide what kind of affect you want and how deeply you want it. And then do it.
3 minutes – affects blood circulation
11 minutes – activates nerves and glands
31 minutes – integrates layers of being
Periods of Time:
40 days – time required to change a habit
90 days – confirms the habit
120 days – integrate the habit into who you are
1,000 days – master the habit
