Meditation for Blessings
Sit in a comfortable meditative posture with the spine straight.
With your upper arms close to your sides, bring your hands to the level of the heart with the hands side-by-side and cupped (the way they are when receiving a blessing). Eyes are 9/10ths closed and may close all the way during the meditation.
Allow the blessings of heaven to flow to you; ask for whatever you need; know yourself to be blessed; feel the boundless flow of spirit. There are no minimum or maximum times for this meditation.
