  1. Thank you so much for sharing this. I help women around body/weight/and eating related issues and look forward to sharing this with them. I know how powerful focused intentions, quiet meditation and kundalini yoga are as practices and believe that any attempt to heal addictive patterns needs to include nourishing soothing rituals to reconnect us with our higher consciousness plus ground and quiet us in this overstimulating world.
