I wanted to heal and transform my life and I felt stuck. I didn't know what to do. That’s when I became aware of Kundalini Yoga. I started to practice and immediately felt better. Kundalini Yoga became my best friend, giving me a hug when I needed it and a shove when I needed it. The kriyas and meditations challenged me and changed me.
I was taking yoga classes at a local studio when one of my teachers (bless your heart Bibi) asked me to consider Yoga Teacher Training. I took the leap of faith and took up the noble path of spiritual training. I never looked back.
In retrospect, I realize this was all my intention. I wanted to embark on my true path - one of transformation, leadership and impact in my world and beyond. Kundalini Yoga showed the way.
